Character
Name: The Lone Wanderer (Goes by Angel)
Canon: Fallout 3
Canon point: 4 years post canon
CRAU?: N/A
Age: 23
History: The Main Story of Fallout 3
Personality: Angel is an overall "good karma" character. She enjoys helping people out with things, but will not take on jobs that are out right murder. She'll help gather supplies, fix things or find people, but she's no hitman. While she enjoys helping people, she is a smartass, making snarky remarks about things and people she's working with. Her mouth has gotten her into more trouble than anything else she has done. She knows that her remarks will cause her problems, yet she still can't seem to understand when to keep her mouth shut. While snarky, most people realize that she's there to help and not hinder. She doesn't discriminate between normal humans, ghouls, and super mutants when it comes to lending a hand. People are people to her, no matter the state of their skin or if they've been affected by the forced evolutionary virus.
Angel has an extreme fear of large creatures called Deathclaws. They're about 8 feet or more tall, with huge claws that can easily rend flesh from bone. They're very aggressive and fast. She was nearly killed by one when she was first kicked out of Vault 101, and it has left her with nightmares. She also gets nightmares about the death of her father as well.
Due to living most of her life in an underground Vault, Angel is still kind of naïve. She learned a lot very quickly, but there are a few things that she doesn't really understand. She's never really been in a romantic relationship. Sure, she's had several companions with her as she wanders the wasteland, but she's never actually had someone that close to her. She's been so focused on surviving that it never really occurred to her. She's not against a relationship from forming, but so far in her life she hasn't had any romantic relationships. Speaking of relationships, due to her father having lied to her most of her life, Angel has some trust issues. She doesn't easily trust most people and keeps them at a distance for some time. Its also hard to trust people out in the Wasteland, as you never really know who's going to turn out to try to kill you. She tends to keep people at a distance.
Because of her time spent in the vault along with most settlements being rather small in the Wasteland, Angel isn't used to being around large groups of people. She's going to have to take a lot of time to adjust to being around a lot of people.
Powers and abilities: Because there are so many different abilities or "Perks" in Fallout games, I am limiting Angel to having just a few. Because this is a low tech game, she will have the swift learner perk, making her learn things just a bit faster, and silent running, which makes her quieter when running while trying to be sneaky. There are also a lot of different skills in Fallout 3, so I am limiting Angel to Lockpicking, Melee weapons, and sneak, making it easier for her to be sneaky, pick locks and fight with other weapons besides guns. While she might be good with guns, she probably won't have access to a lot of them here.
Chosen faction: Sylph
Suitability: While Angel is from Fallout 3, she can easily adapt to a world without technology. A lot of the tech that she has any sort of access to isn't really working all that well. She can hack computers and she's got her PipBoy, but she's not exactly dependent on them. Well maybe her PipBoy, but she can get used to it not working. She loves to help people out and explore. While she might not be used to big cities, she can adapt and grow.

Questions, comments, and concerns: Angel has her own version of Dogmeat (a dog companion in the Fallout games). Would she be able to get him back in game? Or be able to purchase a canine companion while in game if accepted?
